Call Center Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.*
- Accurately collect and process client payments over the phone.*
- Compose clear and concise email responses to client inquiries and issues.*
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems for clients, guiding them through solutions.*
- Document all customer interactions and transactions thoroughly and accurately in the system.*
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures regarding client information and service standards.
Call Center Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a Call Center environment, handling both inbound and outbound communications.*
- Proficiency in 10-key data entry (by touch) and alphanumeric data entry.
- Strong command of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
