Warehouse Coordinator
Warehouse Coordinator responsible for organizing and allocating materials to work orders, maintaining accurate inventory, performing cycle counts, and supporting production operations. Requires computer skills, attention to detail, forklift operation, and the ability to work in a cGMP manufacturing environment.

Warehouse Coordinator Details:
Temporary position- $
19.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to01:30am )
- Separate and allocate staged materials to the correct work orders using JDE.
- Review materials, transfer inventory, return unused ingredients, and maintain accurate records.
- Perform cycle counts and research or correct inventory discrepancies.
- Training: Week 1 Tuesday–Friday and Week 2 Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.
- After training, work Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM, following all safety, SOP, and cGMP requirements.
Warehouse Coordinator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Forklift experience required; must be able to obtain forklift certification.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and inventory control skills.
- Comfortable using computers and warehouse management systems such as JDE.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., follow cGMP/SOP requirements, and maintain reliable attendance.
