Receptionist
Receptionist needed in Hillsdale for an accounting firm. This is a full-time, temp to direct opportunity. Starting pay is $16-$18 based on experience.

Receptionist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Scanning
- Answering phones
- Data entry
- Scheduling appointments
- Customer service
- Assist accountants with clerical tasks.
- Using Microsoft Office and Thomson Reuter Software.
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- During tax season will be working Monday-Thursday, 8am-6pm, Friday 8am-5pm, and Saturday 8am-12pm
Receptionist Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must have previous administrative experience and a strong work history.
- Comfortable working extra hours during tax season.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
