Maintenance (electrical)
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician for a manufacturing facility in Warsaw. This is a hands-on industrial maintenance position with a strong focus on electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance. Pay: $28–$32/hour DOE. Hired directly by the company!

Maintenance (electrical) Details:
Direct Hire position- $
28.00 to $ 32.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose electrical problems and determine appropriate repairs.
- Troubleshoot motors, sensors, switches, relays, breakers, control panels, and electrical circuits.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
- Repair and replace electrical components, wiring, and other equipment as needed.
- Assist with installation and setup of new machinery and electrical components.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and work to minimize production downtime.
- Perform general industrial maintenance and mechanical repairs as needed.
- Document completed maintenance and repairs. Maintain tools, parts, and maintenance work areas.
- Follow proper electrical safety, lockout/tagout, and manufacturing safety procedures.
Maintenance (electrical) Qualifications:
- Previous industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience REQUIRED.
- Previous electrical experience REQUIRED.
- Must be comfortable performing hands-on electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Experience working on manufacturing machinery and production equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and components.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience preferred.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to diagnose equipment issues.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
