Inventory Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00pm to04:00pm )
- Perform daily inventory counts, verify material movement, and update inventory records using handheld devices and computer systems.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including missing, misplaced, or incorrect quantities, and identify root causes.
- Audit receiving paperwork and inventory transactions to ensure materials and system records are accurate.
- Respond to warehouse inventory requests, locate and verify items, and assist with physical inventory movement as needed.
- Manage obsolete, expired, recalled, or at-risk inventory, including returns, donations, adjustments, and documentation.
Inventory Specialist Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED and 2+ years of inventory or warehouse experience required.
- Experience operating forklifts and cherry pickers and be comfortable working at elevated heights.
- Basic computer skills required; WMS experience, Microsoft D365, is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time-management skills; must read, write, and speak English. Spanish is a plus.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs, climb stairs/ladders, and walk or stand for up to 8 hours, work in varying warehouse temperatures, and travel between the Henderson and Aurora locations.
