Join a local grain elevator, located in Metamora, Ohio during the busy harvest season! We are seeking dependable, hardworking. General Laborers to assist with grain handling and facility operations.

General Labor Details:
Temporary position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Assist with grain receiving, storage, and shipping operations.
- Perform facility housekeeping, including sweeping, shoveling, and cleaning work areas.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Support team members with various production and warehouse tasks as needed.
- Work outdoors and indoors in varying weather conditions.
General Labor Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, agricultural, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and attendance record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and climbing.
- Ability to work in dusty environments and varying temperatures.
- Schedule Full-time position. Overtime may be required during peak seasons.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as business needs dictate.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
