TIG Welder - Day & Swing Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 to $ 24.75 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:30am to02:00pm )
- Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 2:00pm to 12:30am and OT on Friday)
- Perform quality TIG welding on mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components.
- Read prints and follow welding specifications, work instructions, and production requirements.
- Inspect completed welds and parts for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe welding area while meeting production expectations.
TIG Welder - Day & Swing Shift Qualifications:
- Previous TIG welding experience with the ability to consistently produce quality welds.
- Able to read and interpret prints and measurements.
- Detail-oriented with good basic math skills and strong attention to quality.
- Self-directed, motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable handling metal parts and tooling up to 50 lbs and working in a manufacturing environment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
