CNC/Sander Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
- Operate CNC machinery to cut, shape, and fabricate products according to work orders and specifications.
- Load and unload materials from CNC equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate hand sanding and powered sanding equipment to achieve required finishes.
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and workmanship throughout the production process.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues to supervisors.
- Read and interpret work instructions, shop drawings, and production schedules.
- Measure materials and completed products using tape measures and other measuring tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety standards.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality requirements.
- Assist with other production duties as assigned.
CNC/Sander Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous CNC operation, woodworking, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
- Ability to use measuring devices and perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
