Master Electrician Details:
Direct Hire position- $
48.00 to $ 56.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Interpret and review electrical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, bills of material, and general arrangement drawings for accuracy and constructability.
- Review drawing packages prior to production, identify discrepancies or missing details, and provide redlines and as-built documentation updates.
- Verify component selection, wire sizing, spacing, labeling, short-circuit ratings, grounding, and bonding requirements for compliance with applicable standards.
- Serve as the facility's primary resource for interpreting and applying the National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) and applicable UL standards, including UL 508A, UL 891, UL 1558, and UL 845.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Production
- Review and complete bills of material, provide material takeoffs and labor-hour estimates, and support production planning and sequencing.
- Advise production teams on the installation and proper application of electrical components, including breakers, switches, transformers, relays, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and grounding systems.
Master Electrician Qualifications:
- Education/Experience: Active Master Electrician Certification in the State of Colorado; plus 7 years or more of progressive electrical experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret electrical prints, regulations, and specifications.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
