**Job Title:** Temporary Maintenance Technician**Job Type:** Temporary**Schedule:** Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM**Location:** Our vibrant campground, encompassing indoor facilities and expansive outdoor property.**About the Role:**We are seeking a proactive and physically capable Temporary Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation, cleanliness, and overall upkeep of our campground facilities. This role is essential in providing a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests, performing a variety of hands-on tasks across the property.**Key Responsibilities:*** Execute general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the campground.* Perform routine lawn care, including mowing, trimming, and weeding.* Conduct regular pool upkeep, ensuring cleanliness and operational standards.* Manage efficient trash removal and disposal across the property.* Undertake minor building repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting.**Physical Requirements & Work Environment:*** Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.* Must be capable of lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds.* Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including hot temperatures.* Work is performed across the entire campground property, including buildings and outdoor areas.* Dress Code: Jeans and T-shirt.**Qualifications:****Required:*** High School Diploma or equivalent.* Proven experience in general labor, maintenance, and/or janitorial roles.* Demonstrated experience in managing various tasks related to general maintenance, property upkeep, and building services.* Successful completion of a background check is mandatory for this position.**Preferred:*** Prior experience in general maintenance, with basic electrical knowledge a significant plus.
