Heavy Equipment Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Operate large excavators and front-end loaders to move, load, and unload aggregate, mulch, soil, and sand.
- Safely load materials into dump trucks, trailers, and customer vehicles with accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
- Follow all company safety procedures while working outdoors in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Maintain clean work areas and assist with general yard operations as needed.
Heavy Equipment Operator Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating large excavators and front-end loaders; 3 to 5 years preferred.
- Proven ability to safely load and unload materials into dump trucks, trailers, and customer vehicles. Knowledge of aggregate, mulch, soil, and sand handling, along with safe equipment operating practices.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and frequently climb on and off heavy equipment.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) review.

- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
