Master Welder Fabricator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 to $ 26.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Perform MIG, TIG, Flux, Pulse, Spray welding on a variety of metals including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
- Cutting, fitting and welding
- Fabricate metal structures and components according to technical drawings and blueprints
- Operate tools and equipment such as cutting torches, plasma cutters, grinders, and shears
- Measure, cut, and assemble metal parts with precision and accuracy
- Create specific weldment set-up and fixturing to meet geometric requirements
- Fabrication involves laying out, cutting, fitting, measuring and welding metals to create structures/components
Master Welder Fabricator Qualifications:
- Independent fabrication ability
- Must be able to take a project from blueprint to layout to fit up to weld to finished project with no help
- Steel toes and welding hood required
- Long sleeve shirts required
- Must be able to pass a written and a physical weld test
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
