Production Lead Coordinator Details:
Temporary position- $
19.75 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:00pm )
- Lead daily truck body assembly operations and coordinate team workflow.
- Train, coach, and support team members to meet production goals.
- Troubleshoot production issues and help maintain efficiency.
- Perform hands-on assembly work using hand and power tools as needed.
- Conduct quality inspections and enforce safety standards.
Production Lead Coordinator Qualifications:
- Previous Coordinator or leadership experience in a manufacturing, assembly, automotive, construction, or production environment required.
- Experience using hand and power tools and reading work instructions.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to Jonestown, PA and ability to work mandatory overtime.
- Strong communication, attendance, reliability, and willingness to cross-train in other departments.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
