Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Agent Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
14.42 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Evaluate clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate P&C insurance products.
- Generate quotes and explain policy options, coverage limits, exclusions, and premiums.
- Sell and renew auto, homeowners, renters, commercial, and other property and casualty insurance products.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
- Assist clients with claims reporting and provide guidance throughout the claims process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in agency management systems.
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Meet established sales goals and performance metrics.
- Stay current on insurance products, industry regulations, and underwriting guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with state insurance laws and company policies.
Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Agent Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain).
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
