Visual Communications Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Design & update customer-facing materials including signage, maps, posters, presentations, infographics, and other visual assets.
- Ensure communications meet brand standards, accessibility, & quality standards.
- Support wayfinding and customer information projects.
- Conduct field visits to multiple facilities to assess, install, update, and maintain signage and customer information.
- Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, & other departments to improve the customer experience.
- Assist with temporary communications related to service changes, detours, construction projects, & special events.
- Review customer feedback & field observations to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage project files, graphic assets, & documentation.
Visual Communications Specialist Qualifications:
- Experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Urban Planning, Marketing, Communications, Customer Experience, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Strong written communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable working both in an office environment and in the field.
- GIS experience and knowledge of accessibility or wayfinding principles are a plus.
- Ability to travel locally throughout the Salt Lake Valley for project work.
- Valid Driver's License & clean driving record.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
