Machine Operator
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Machine Operator for various shifts. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for operating plastic injection molding machinery, performing critical visual inspections, and ensuring the production of high-quality parts. Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 19.44 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 02:30pm to11:00pm )
- Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines according to established safety and operational procedures.
- Load raw materials into machinery and unload finished products efficiently.
- Perform meticulous visual inspections of molded parts to identify and remove any defects, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist with basic packaging and preparation of finished products for shipment
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with visual inspection and quality control processes.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for the duration of the 8-hour shift.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to perform a combination of sitting and standing depending on machine being operated.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
