Framer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Construct and assemble wall, floor, and roof framing components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
- Install doors, windows, and other structural building components.
- Measure, cut, and fasten lumber and other materials accurately.
- Ensure all framing work meets quality standards and building requirements.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform general construction labor as needed to support project completion.
- Inspect work areas and finished structures for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and project deadlines.
Framer Qualifications:
- Previous framing experience required.
- General construction labor experience required.
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic construction calculations.
- Knowledge of framing methods, materials, and construction practices.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
