Immediate openings for a 1st Shift warehouse opportunity in Jackson. This entry-level position involves picking, packing, sorting, bundling, and labeling magazine orders for shipment while ensuring order accuracy and maintaining quality standards.

Pick/Pack Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
14.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:30pm )
- Pick and pack magazine orders accurately on the tie line according to customer specifications and production schedules.
- Verify order quantities and product information to ensure accuracy before packaging and shipment.
- Sort, bundle, label, and prepare magazines for distribution while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor workflow on the tie line to ensure efficient processing and timely completion of orders.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks to identify and correct packaging or order discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory movement, material handling, and other warehouse duties as needed.
Pick/Pack Qualifications:
- Entry-Level - Company will train
- Basic math skills with the ability to accurately count, sort, and verify quantities.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and quality standards.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment.
- Capable of standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
