Machinest/General Labor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughThursday from 05:00am to03:30pm )
- Operate and monitor CNC machinery or other production equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Perform a variety of general labor duties, which may include material handling, loading and unloading machines, basic product assembly, and packaging.
- Conduct routine quality checks on parts and products to ensure they meet required specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering strictly to all company safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management and the movement of materials within the warehouse as needed.
- Follow production schedules and contribute to achieving daily output goals efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall warehouse operations.
Machinest/General Labor Qualifications:
- Experience as a CNC Machinist or Machine Operator is essential.
- Ability to commit to a demanding full-time.
- Must be able to stand comfortably and consistently for the entire 10-hour shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or warehouse operations is

- Physical demands include standing for extended periods (10 hours), walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions.
