Call Center Details:
Temporary position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time and Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
* Initiate high-volume outbound calls to businesses throughout the United States.
* Effectively introduce and explain the Smart program to prospective clients.
* Identify and qualify potential opportunities for Smart Market Solutions.
* Conduct follow-up calls and maintain professional, ongoing communication with prospects.
* Compose and send professional emails to prospective clients as needed.
Call Center Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year of outbound call center experience required.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Comfortable making consistent, high-volume outbound calls throughout the workday.
* Proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and Microsoft Outlook.
* Ability to build rapport and establish professional relationships over the phone.
