Direct Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
A Staffing Recruiter specializes in identifying, attracting, and placing qualified candidates in positions that align with client needs and organizational goals. They manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing talent, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. Staffing Recruiters build strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience while matching skills, experience, and culture fit. They stay informed about labor market trends, employment regulations, and industry demands to effectively fill open roles.
Staffing Recruiter, Recruiter, Staffing Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or administrative experience is a plus. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to build relationships and manage multiple priorities. Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and data entry systems; able to learn recruiting and applicant tracking software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and providing excellent customer service.
