Accounts Receivable/Payable Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Process and apply Accounts Receivable customer payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Facilitate the setup of new customer accounts, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
- Familiarity with basic payroll procedures.* Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft office software and accounting systems.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.
Accounts Receivable/Payable Qualifications:
- 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in the last 5 years
- Demonstrated administrative assistant capabilities, including strong data entry skills and organizational aptitude.
- Familiarity with basic payroll procedures.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
