Production Assembler Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Assemble products and components using hand and power tools according to specifications.
- Measure, fit, and inspect parts using a fractional tape measure.
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain material and supply levels for assigned work.
- Follow safety procedures and Lean Manufacturing/5S practices.
- Stand for extended periods on a concrete floor and lift 20-30 lbs. throughout the day.
Production Assembler Qualifications:
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or related experience required.
- Ability to accurately read and use a fractional tape measure.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 20-30 lbs. throughout the workday.
