Quality Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
28.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Lead and maintain the company Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage nonconformance reports (NCRs) and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct and coordinate internal, customer, and third-party audits.
- Oversee pyrometry programs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze quality data and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and leadership teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain quality documentation, procedures, and records.
- Monitor quality metrics and report performance trends to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis efforts.
Quality Manager Qualifications:
- Experience managing a Quality Management System in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of AS9100 standards and audit processes.
- Experience with nonconformance management, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency with MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience using mechanical measurement tools and inspection equipment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and levels of the organization.
