Plant Operations Coordinator Details:
Temporary position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Support daily plant operations, production planning, and team performance.
- Drive safety, quality, cost control, and on-time delivery.
- Coach employees and help resolve production and equipment issues.
- Support inventory planning, staffing, and facility improvement projects.
- Promote a safe, efficient, and positive workplace culture.
Plant Operations Coordinator Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience or interest in production, inventory, scheduling, or maintenance.
- Quality-focused mindset with basic computer skills.
- Manufacturing, food production, safety, or regulatory experience preferred.
