Licensed Boiler Operator
The Boiler Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of industrial boiler systems in a large-scale manufacturing environment. This position monitors boiler performance, conducts routine inspections, maintains operating logs, responds to system alarms, and troubleshoots equipment issues to ensure reliable plant utility operations. The ideal candidate holds a valid Minnesota 1B Boiler License (or higher), has industrial manufacturing experience, and is committed to maintaining a safe, productive, and compliant work environment.

Licensed Boiler Operator Details:
Direct Hire position- $
35.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to07:00pm )
- Operate and monitor industrial boiler systems
- Perform routine equipment inspections and operating rounds
- Maintain accurate logs and operating records
- Respond to alarms and troubleshoot system issues
- Support safe and reliable plant utility operations
Licensed Boiler Operator Qualifications:
- Minnesota 1B Boiler License or higher required
- Industrial manufacturing or plant experience preferred
- Experience operating industrial boiler equipment
- Ability to work independently after training
- Water tube boiler experience preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
