Machine Operator
Machine Operator needed in Brooklyn, MI on 1st shift. Pay is $18/hr. Responsibilities include machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and quality inspections. Must have a machining or mechanical background with strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Set up, operate, and monitor assigned machines to ensure efficient production.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance as needed.
- Monitor production output and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Inspect and verify product packaging for accuracy and quality.
- Work closely with the Team Leader to achieve production and performance goals.
Dress Code
- Work in a climate-controlled environment (~50°F); dressing in layers is recommended.
- No jewelry (including facial piercings, earrings, necklaces, rings except plain wedding band)
- No fake nails, nail polish, false eyelashes, or eyelash extensions
- No leggings, shorts, capris, tank tops, or sequins
- Closed-toed, non-slip, clean, comfortable shoes
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Able to comply with all dress code standards.
- Must have a machining or mechanical background with experience in machine setup and operation.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and equipment repair skills required.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge to perform machine adjustments and maintenance.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Capable of frequent bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and kneeling.
- Must be able to safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
