Accounting Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions
- Enter and maintain financial information using QuickBooks
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial documents
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
- Create and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Prepare documents and correspondence using Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Assist with reports, reconciliations, and other accounting-related tasks
Accounting Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
