HR Specialist Details:
Temporary position- $
25.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Employee Relations & Compliance – Support employee relations, performance, attendance, investigations, leave administration, and HR policy compliance.
- Recruiting & HR Administration – Manage recruiting, onboarding, I-9s, employee records, payroll/timekeeping, and benefits support.
- Workforce & Leadership Support – Partner with plant leadership on staffing, training, retention, employee engagement, and workplace culture.
HR Specialist Qualifications:
- Previous Human Resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing, production, or fast-paced environment.
- HR Knowledge – Working knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, payroll/timekeeping, benefits, leave administration, and employment law compliance.
- Communication & Organization – Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with employees and leadership.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
