Supply Chain Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 12:00pm to08:00pm )
- Plan and release outbound customer orders to ensure on-time shipment and service level expectations are met.
- Monitor and resolve order issues by working with operations teams to prevent shipping delays.
- Maintain inventory flow by managing pick locations and replenishment levels for efficient order fulfillment.
- Communicate daily with operations staff regarding volume changes, system issues, and order priorities.
- Coordinate product movement for special events and support customers, carriers, and internal teams as needed.
Supply Chain Specialist Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or relevant supply chain experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or order planning.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and resolve order discrepancies in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and operational reporting tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and cross-functional teams; must be able to work the scheduled shift of 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and meet company background screening requirements.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
