Assembly Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Electronic & Component Assembly: Assemble electrical and mechanical parts according to build prints, production drawings, and internal work instructions.
- Specialized Processes: Perform tasks such as mixing epoxy and handling hermetic or custom sealing/assembly procedures.
- Testing & Inspection: Run electronic test procedures and execute quality inspections to ensure components meet strict internal and industry standards
Assembly Qualifications:
- Reading Documentation: Ability to read and interpret build prints, assembly drawings, and quality specifications.
- Hand Tools & Equipment: Proficiency with small hand tools and basic manufacturing/test equipment. Specifically experience with soldering tools
- Attention to Detail: High focus on product quality, precision, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently once trained, though initial guidance and an open-door management style are typically available
- High school diploma/GED
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
