Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
Seeking a professional Paralegal / Legal Assistant to provide administrative and legal support in a busy law office. Duties include answering phones, communicating with clients and attorneys, organizing legal files and documents, maintaining calendars and deadlines, preparing correspondence, performing data entry, and handling confidential case information. Previous legal or law-office experience is preferred.
Bilingual Paralegal/ Legal Assistant Qualifications:
- Previous legal, paralegal, or law-office experience preferred.
- Strong computer, administrative, and general office skills required.
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Bilingual English/Spanish Require.
