Production Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
68,640.00 to $ 87,360.00 / annually Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:30pm )
Job Details
- Lead daily production operations while maintaining a safe work environment
- Supervise, train, coach, and develop production team members
- Ensure quality standards, production targets, and operational efficiencies are achieved
- Allocate resources and staffing to meet production schedules and business demands
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Support preventive maintenance activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor production performance, complete required reporting, and maintain operational compliance
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence
Production Supervisor Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience leading, coaching, and training production employees
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive safety, quality, and production performance
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Effective communication and team leadership skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
