Warehouse Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Lead and support daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping materials.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through scanning, documentation, cycle counts, and data tracking in Excel.
- Train and guide warehouse associates while ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and assist with resolving workflow issues to improve efficiency.
- Perform material handling duties, operate equipment as needed, and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.
Warehouse Lead Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience with knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and material handling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word for communication, tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
- Must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening (excluding THC).
