Seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with hands-on experience using hand tools to support our warehouse and electrical assembly operations.

Warehouse Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Assemble panel boards, switchboards, motor controls, circuit breaker panels, and weatherheads.
- Use hand tools safely and efficiently, including screwdrivers, wrenches, sockets, drills, and other common shop tools.
- Read and follow basic assembly instructions, diagrams, and product specifications.
- Measure, drill, fasten, mount, and assemble electrical components as required.
- Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming electrical materials and equipment.
- Pick and stage materials for customer orders and electrical projects.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment or delivery. Load and unload trucks using proper safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Keep the warehouse and assembly areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Properly label, store, and handle electrical products and materials. Assist with inventory counts and material organization.
Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE hands-on experience using hand tools.
- Previous warehouse, electrical supply, electrical assembly, construction, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience assembling electrical equipment or components is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and follow basic instructions, diagrams, and measurements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse and assembly duties throughout the workday.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
