General Labor/ Seasonal Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to10:00pm )
- Assist trucks during the grain unloading process.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Maintain awareness of surroundings while working around equipment and vehicle traffic.
- Support seasonal harvest operations as needed.
- Outdoor work environment.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, and dust.
- Seasonal harvest environment with increased activity and extended hours during peak periods.
- Fast-paced agricultural setting with truck traffic and grain handling operations.
- Must be comfortable working around grain dust and agricultural operations.
General Labor/ Seasonal Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of 8-12 hours.
- Ability to work outdoors for long durations in all kinds of weather
- Ability to remain alert and aware of surroundings while working around vehicles and equipment.
- Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
