Production Worker Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Perform assembly tasks, quality checks, and packaging of finished products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure product specifications are met.
- Assist with material handling as needed, including loading and unloading items.
Production Worker Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Production Line Worker or Machine Operator is preferred
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Capability to stand for extended periods, 10 – 12-hour shifts
- Must be willing to drive to Troy, AL which is approx. 45 minutes South of Montgomery, AL
- Unwilling to follow food production dress code standards (no fake eyelashes or nails, no jewelry, no nail polish, or items that pose contamination risk). Required PPE includes hair and beard nets.
- Not comfortable working in facility that produces nut products
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
