Production Team Member Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:30pm )
- Operate and assist with various stages of the production line.
- Handle, feel, and reach for ingredients and finished products according to specifications.
- Ensure products meet Grillo's high quality standards and adhere to all food safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
- Strictly adhere to all company policies, including safety, hygiene, and dress code protocols.
Production Team Member Qualifications:
- Be comfortable working in cold environments as areas are typically maintained at approximately 45 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of 8-10 hours during the shift.
- Frequent handling, feeling, reaching, and operating production equipment.
- Capacity to bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl as necessary to perform duties.
- Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 lbs. frequently, and occasionally up to 50 lbs. with assistance or mechanical support.
- Demonstrated experience as a Production Line Worker or in a similar manufacturing/production role is preferred.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
