Logistics Clerk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 21.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Review and verify signed delivery receipts (DRs)
- Enter delivery receipt information into spreadsheets and scan documentation to the Finance department
- Compare delivery receipts against system records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Enter daily shipment runs into Shippers Edge
- Print shipping backlog reports twice daily
- Identify and highlight completed orders that have not yet shipped
- Maintain accurate logistics records and filing systems
- Assist with general administrative and shipping office duties as needed
Logistics Clerk Qualifications:
- Previous clerical, administrative, shipping, receiving, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to compare documents and identify discrepancies
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day
