We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Shift Lead to help oversee inventory accuracy, replenishment, and warehouse inventory operations in HEBRON KY.

Warehouse Shift Lead Details:
Direct Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
Schedules Available
Weekend Shift Friday - Monday, 6am - 4:30pm
2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 12pm - 8:30pm
1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm
?Assist in supervising the functions and working of the warehouse workers
? Delegating and assigning tasks and targets and evaluating the working of the staff
? Adhering to the compliance of all legal and safety procedures
? Managing the inventory; work areas include receipt, pick, pack, ship and return of product
? Assist in supervising proper shift allocations and ensuring efficiency of all warehouse staff
Warehouse Shift Lead Qualifications:
? 3 years of experience in a warehouse;
? Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
? Senior presence with thoughtful, articulate communication style
? Able to work collaboratively across functions and synthesize multiple points of view into a streamlined action plan.
