Inventory Control Lead
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control & Replenishment Lead to help oversee inventory accuracy, replenishment, and warehouse inventory operations. This position will work closely with warehouse leadership, operations, systems teams, and senior leadership to identify inventory issues, improve processes, and keep product moving efficiently.

Inventory Control Lead Details:
Direct Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 12:00pm to08:30pm )
- Build and execute productivity plans based on forecasts, operational needs, and customer impact
- Partner with managers and warehouse teams to share best practices and resolve day-to-day inventory and replenishment challenges
- Lead daily inventory control operations across multiple shifts to ensure all counts are accurate and discrepancies are resolved promptly
- Conduct both scheduled and unscheduled cycle counts, location audits, and full inventory validations
Inventory Control Lead Qualifications:
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
- Senior presence with thoughtful, articulate communication style
- Experience with picking and packing both direct to consumer and business to business orders.
- Experience operating within multiple warehouse management systems.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to sit, stand, squat, walk, and maneuver within shipping station areas for 8-10 hours per day
- Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
