Maintenance Technician Details:
Direct Hire position- $
75,000.00 to $ 90,000.00 / annually Various shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
Job Details
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment
- Diagnose equipment breakdowns and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Support equipment upgrades, installations, and production line changeovers
- Maintain GMP, SQF, and safety standards in a food manufacturing environment
- Experience with conveyors, motors, drives/VFDs, packaging equipment, boilers, and high-speed production systems preferred
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Industrial maintenance experience required
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- PLC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Preventive maintenance and repair experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
