Warehouse/Operations Associate Details:
Temporary position- $
20.00 to $ 21.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Perform safe and efficient loading and unloading of bulk fertilizer.
- Operate a front-end loader for material handling and movement within the warehouse.
- Assist with routine maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Provide direct and professional customer service, assisting clients with their orders and inquiries.
- Support overall warehouse operations during peak periods, contributing to a smooth workflow and organized facility.
Warehouse/Operations Associate Qualifications:
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working around fertilizer products and heavy warehouse equipment.
- Dependable and reliable with strong attendance.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong communication & customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
- Previous warehouse, agricultural, fertilizer, equipment operation, or material handling is a plus.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
