Branch Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
50,000.00 to $ 55,000.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
*Base salary range varies by location and experience and is provided as an estimate only. In addition to base pay, this position offers commission opportunities and monthly and quarterly bonus incentives, providing significant earning potential.
- Drive branch sales, operations, and profitability.
- Lead, coach, develop, and hold recruiting and sales teams accountable.
- Ensure recruiting success, customer service, and on-time order fulfillment.
- Build/Grow client relationships and drive business development.
- Maintain compliance and a high-performing team culture.
Branch Manager Qualifications:
- Management, supervisory, or team-lead experience.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A valid driver's license is required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
