Napoleon, Ohio manufacture has a sorting job for first and second shifts. Pay is $19/hr.

Sorter Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- Inspect metal parts for visual defects, damage, cracks, burrs, dents, scratches, discoloration, or dimensional irregularities.
- Sort acceptable and non-conforming parts according to company quality standards.
- Perform quality checks using gauges, measuring tools, and inspection equipment as required.
- Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or production issues to supervisors.
- first shift hours
- 7am to 3 pm Mon-Fri
- second shift hours
- 4 pm to 2 am Mon-Thurs
Sorter Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, inspection, or quality control experience is a plus.
- Ability to distinguish minor flaws and defects in metal products.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds as required.
- Steel toed boots or shoes
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
