Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:30am to04:00pm )
- Processing goods receipt and goods issue orders in SAP
- Maintaining container and trailer information through our Yard View system
- Providing product, service, and transit information to customers
- Resolving customer inquiries and service-related issues promptly and professionally
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
- Updating order status and tracking information using Google Sheets
- Managing digital driver logs for arrivals and departures
- Assisting with order distribution and supporting operational needs as required
- Performing additional duties to support the team and business objectives
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with technology and data entry systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to provide coverage for other shifts when needed
- Experience with SAP or warehouse/logistics operations is a plus, but not required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
