The Portales facility handles grain, feed ingredients, and bulk agricultural products, making dependable employees important to daily production, warehouse, loading, and facility operations. Potential Staffing Needs: General Labor, Production, Warehouse, Material Handlers, Maintenance, Shipping/Receiving, and other light industrial positions.

General Labor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Front end Loader/ Operator.
- Lift up to 50-75 lbs. with help.
- Mixing. Unloading. Sweeping and picking Weeds as necessary.
- All duties assigned
General Labor Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Must lift 50 pounds or more regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long shifts.
- Comfort working in dusty, loud, and outdoor or warehouse conditions.
- Basic skills to measure, weigh, and count inventory
- Ability to follow written and spoken safety instructions.
- Work well with machine operators and truck drivers.
- Show up on time for early or rotating shifts.
- Valid driver's license is needed.
- May train or prefer prior experience
- Wear PPE (masks and earplugs).
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
