Yard Hostler 2nd Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:00pm )
- Move and spot trailers safely throughout the facility yard.
- Position trailers at designated dock doors and staging areas.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of freight as needed.
- Perform routine equipment and trailer inspections and report damage or safety concerns.
- Communicate with warehouse and shipping teams to keep yard operations organized and efficient.
Yard Hostler 2nd Shift Qualifications:
- Previous yard hostler, yard jockey, CDL, warehouse, or material-handling experience preferred.
- Ability to safely back, maneuver, and position trailers in tight areas.
- Comfortable working around forklifts, trucks, trailers, and active dock areas.
- Strong safety awareness and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
