Overnight Submerged Arc Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 40.00 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 06:00pm to06:00am )
We are seeking an experienced Sub Arc Welder to join a fast-paced industrial fabrication team in Midland, TX. This position performs Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) on structural steel components, including equipment setup, blueprint interpretation, weld inspection, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Candidates should have strong welding skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely around heavy equipment. Pay ranges from $25.00-$40.00/hr depending on experience and skill level.
Overnight Submerged Arc Welder Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) experience required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
- Must be able to set up welding equipment and produce quality welds
- Ability to pass a required weld test prior to placement
- Must follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
