Team Lead
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Team Lead to help lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.
The ideal candidate has previous warehouse leadership experience, is comfortable directing others, and has experience operating a sit-down forklift.

Team Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Lead and assist associates with daily warehouse tasks.
- Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move and stage materials.
- Help ensure productivity and quality expectations are consistently met.
- Provide direction to team members and communicate operational concerns.
- Ensure associates follow established safety procedures and facility rules.
- Other duties as assigned.
Team Lead Qualifications:
- Previous sit-down forklift experience required.
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs is required.
- Previous Team Lead or similar leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent attendance, reliability, and punctuality.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with a team.
- Knowledge of basic warehouse safety procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
